Nylon 11 Dip Coating
This finishing process is characterized by it’s excellent durability, toughness, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, weatherability and corrosion resistance over 2000 hours NSS.
Applied over Zinc Phosphate or bare metal this thermoplastic polyamide (often called PA 11 or Nylon 11) is applied as a fluidized powder that cures hard for full or partial coverage on specified parts.Typically, this is used on stampings, clips, rails, springs and wire-form products where noise and vibration reduction is mandatory.
